It is early Sunday morning here in Arizona.  We have several new bags that were created over the past couple of weeks. Two that are in different colors of leather that we have added in our store. This green leather handbag measures 7 inches tall by 9 inches wide by 2.5 inches deep and has a 48 inch comfortable flat shoulder strap. It can be made longer or shorter if you like. I have one more I would love to show you that I made this week and added linear beadwork too. I just love this one . You all know how much I love my beads and l they look so awesome on leather. It's like they are made for each other.

This one is done in what I like to call a "red rock color of leather". I live near the Sedona Mountains and the Red Rocks are just fabulous.

Today is the first time I have felt fall temperatures in Arizona! It was really chilly when I woke up. We are so happy to feel the cooling down, no more triple digits. Yea!

This beautiful black leather tote is made from black buffalo leather and measures 14 inches tall x 14 inches wide and is 4 1/2 inches deep. It is laced in tobacco (rust) colored elkskin leather. This boho style tote has a comfortable flat strap that can be made any size you are comfortable with. Some women like to wear their handbags crossbody and some like to have a shorter style strap. ONE OF A KIND FASHION IN LEATHER

Welcome to September!

So fall is really coming soon. Many of us are already experiencing the changes. Fall is my favorite time of year. The feel in the air is so refreshing. I have been working on doing some work in progress pictures of my bead work so I snapped a couple of pictures this month of my bead work desk. First I would like to show you one of our new bags and bead work. This one is a large bag done in chocolate brown leather with palomino lace. I added a beaded sunflower on the lid of the bag. The palomino lace really adds a nice dimension to this brown leather bag. This bag also features a extra pocket inside and one on the back of the bag. The shoulder strap is a comfortable flat strap that can be made to any length you prefer. Our boho style of bags are for one of a kind women. A little rustic, mountain women, cowgirl, boho chic, hippie kinda girl. A women that is not worried about fitting into the norm.

This is when I was working on the aloha turtle messenger bag.  Over the years I have accumulated some cool tools for my beading. My bead tray is just perfect for me. All my beads stay just where I need them to be.

This is our messenger bag with the turtle on it. This is a fantastic bag. It is large enough to hold a small laptop , paperwork or whatever your needs are. It has an extra pocket inside and one on the back of the bag, a comfortable flat strap and fringe down the sides. This extra large messenger bag is a unisex bag. It would be perfect for a one of a kind woman or man.

Fall Fashion and back to school

Good Morning! We are quickly going into the Fall season and of course back to school has already began. So today I thought I would share a few fun items for everyone from our store that would make either an awesome gift for your friend or family member or something for yourself that you might need today. One of our popular handmade boho handbags that works great for a light weight phone bag is this brown leather crossbody bag.

This brown leather purse measures 8.5 inches tall x 7.5 inches wide and has a four point braided strap and an antler tip closure. We are now adding many different colors to our handmade handbags . See the chart at the bottom of the page.

This is a great bag for a young women going back to school or anyone who would like to carry less items when out on the town.

Another one of our favorites that can be made in some real beautiful different colors is this 10 inch tote. This is the style of bag that I use everyday. I love it because it is so easy to get in and out of. We also add an antler toggle at the top to keep your items secure. I have carried mine for many years now. Of course I am a beader so I love the added effects of my beadwork.

This is my bag / tote on me. I love rainbows and turtles with a little native rustic style. I also love purple and tie dyes. So for fun I thought I'd show you a pic of me in our garden with my turtle bag. My bag is at least 10 years old so it is what I like to call "antiqued."

Not everyone is interested in a tote so for those of you who love  having a lid on your bag we have some really cool boho gypsy style bags that can be plain, beaded, or fringed.
